Recognition of Representatives. The University recognizes the following Association Representatives for purposes of conducting formal relations with the Association: Members of the Association’s Chapter Executive; Local Representatives; and staff or counsel as the Association may see fit to retain. Members of the Chapter Executive have jurisdiction throughout the bargaining unit. The Association shall notify the University of the names and jurisdiction of all Association Representatives and members of joint committees, and any changes thereto. Association staff and counsel shall have access to the University’s premises in order to deal with any matters arising out of this Agreement.

Recognition of Representatives. (a) The Employer recognizes the Committee of Officers of the Association for the purpose of relations between the Employer and the Association arising out of this agreement. No employee or group of employees shall represent the Association at meetings with the employer without proper authorization of the Committee of Officers. (b) The Employer recognizes the Association’s right to designate Association Stewards authorized to take up employee grievances through the grievance procedure. The Employer and the Association will agree on the number of stewards, taking into account both operational and geographic considerations. The maximum number of Association stewards will not exceed twelve (12). (c) The Association will provide Human Resources with a list of the employees designated as Association Stewards and indicate the jurisdiction of each xxxxxxx on an annual basis, normally within five (5) working days of the annual election of stewards. Stewards shall process grievances only within their area unless otherwise mutually agreed.

Recognition of Representatives. The Agency agrees to recognize the officers and duly designated representatives of the Union. The Union agrees to provide the Agency a written listing of its officers and stewards and maintain it on a current basis. There shall be no restraint, interference, coercion, discrimination, or reprisal against a Union representative because of the performance of their Union representational duties.
Recognition of Representatives. The USPTO will recognize as representatives and officers, individuals who have been designated by the Association in writing. On or before November 15 of each year, the Association must submit a list of all representatives and officers to the Chief of the Workforce Relations Division (WRD). The Association may make changes to the list, but any changes will not be effective until the Agency has been notified in writing. The list must include the name, phone number, supervisor, and association position or title if applicable, for each representative. Section 1: Relationship to Law and Regulations A. Existing and future laws; B. Government-wide and Agency rules and regulations in effect upon the effective date of this Agreement; C. Government-wide and Agency rules and regulations issued after the effective date of this Agreement that do not conflict with this Agreement; D. As per Section 2 below, any applicable Department of Commerce (DOC) rules and regulations in effect upon the effective date of this Agreement; and E. As per Section 2 below, any applicable DOC rules, regulations and policies issued after the effective date of this Agreement that do not conflict with this Agreement.
Recognition of Representatives. The Company agrees to recognize Xxxxxxxx, Chief Stewards, the President or Business Manager of the Union or their alternates, as representatives of the Union in settling grievances as outlined in this Article. A representative of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers may be present only to assist the local union.
