Railroad Right-of-Entry Agreement. In order to enter the operating railroad’s right-of-way to perform the Work, Developer shall secure a railroad Right of Entry Agreement and shall coordinate the arrangements of the necessary agreements directly with the operating railroad.
Railroad Right-of-Entry Agreement. The Applicant, Contractor or their representatives must sign the Railroad’s Contractor’s Right-of-Entry Agreement (if applicable) and/or obtain a valid Right-of-Entry permit from the Railroad and comply with all Railroad requirements when working within the Railroad right-of-way limits. Limits of Railroad right-of-way are to be located by the Applicant and identified on the plans.
