Railroad Travel. (A) (i) Day coach transportation for the company on a non-performance day is limited to ten (10) hours, and night transportation shall include individual first-class sleeping accommodations. If the train schedule requires transportation in excess of nine (9) hours between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. a roomette, bedroom, or other first-class sleeping accommodation shall be furnished each Artist.

  • Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically authorized by this Contract.
