Common use of Ramp-Up Language Clause in Contracts

Ramp-Up Language. It is recognized that when the Company is ramping up for new business, employees posting to that area will have an opportunity to become familiar with the processes and be trained to ensure a successful launch. To this end, it is agreed that such employees can be brought in outside of their normally scheduled working hours at the appropriate rate to assist in the set up of the area and for training purposes without the Company being required to use the overtime list.
