Rangers and Emergency Services. The ordinary hours of work for Rangers and Emergency Services Employees are between Monday to Sunday from 6.00am to 6.00pm. Penalty rates are as follows: For work on a Saturday: 25% (time and a quarter); For work on a Sunday: 50% (time and a half); and For work on a public holiday: 150% (double time and a half). The Senior Employee (SE) shall work outside a designated roster, but will be required to complete the equivalent of 456 hours in a 12 week period. The distribution of those hours shall be by mutual arrangement between the Manager of Ranger and Emergency Services and the SE. A SE is paid a 4% loading on all ordinary hours of work to recognise weekend rostering. Penalties under clause 22.7.2 will apply should the 4% loading fail to compensate the SE for weekend work undertaken. Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre The ordinary hours of work shall be rostered between the hours of 5.30am to 9.00pm from Monday to Sunday. The minimum shift length that an Employee may be rostered for is 1.5 hours.

The Agency of Human Services, through the business office of the Office of the Secretary, and through its Field Services Directors, will share with any named AHS-associated party to this Agreement oversight, monitoring and enforcement responsibilities. Party agrees to cooperate with both the named AHS-associated party to this contract and with the Agency of Human Services itself with respect to the resolution of any issues relating to the performance and interpretation of this Agreement, payment matters and legal compliance.
