Rapid Adjudication. A. The parties agree to pilot a process of Rapid Adjudication during the term of this Agreement. There are situations when an employee recognizes that their conduct was inconsistent with required standards and is willing to accept discipline for the policy violation rather than requiring an extensive investigation by OPA.
