Common use of Rate of Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Rate of Reimbursement. Contractor agrees to accept a rate of reimbursement for approved procedures, not to exceed the current Medicare part B rate, as payment in full with no balance billed to the client. Medicare rates are re-evaluated and updated annually. The Medicare rate current as of the date of service will be paid.
