Rates and Charges 6.3.1 Wholesale discounts for resold Telecommunications Services offerings are provided in Exhibit A. The Telecommunications Services offerings available for resale but excluded from the wholesale pricing arrangement in the Agreement are available at the retail Tariff, price list, catalog, or other retail Telecommunications Services offering rates. Telecommunications Services available for resale with or without a wholesale discount are subject to Commission-approved change, and any such changes shall apply from the effective date of such change on a going-forward basis only.
Schedule of Rates and Charges Any subconsultant rates and charges set forth in the Schedule of Rates and Charges must be the subconsultant’s actual rates and charges exclusive of any markup. The City will compensate the Consultant in accordance with those rates and charges.
REGULAR SERVICES BY COUNTY 23 1. COUNTY, through its Sheriff-Coroner and deputies, officers and employees, 24 hereinafter referred to as “SHERIFF”, shall render to CITY law enforcement 25 services as hereinafter provided. Prices and Services Billing 8.1 SCHEDULE OF PRICES AND TERMS Competitive Supplier agrees to provide Firm Full-Requirements Power Supply and other related services as expressly set forth herein in accordance with the prices and terms included in EXHIBIT A to this ESA, which exhibit is hereby incorporated by reference into this ESA.
FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES You agree to pay Us any applicable fees or charges, and are responsible for any minimum balance requirements and deposit requirements called for in Our Agreements and Disclosures provided to You when You opened Your Account. In any case and with proper notice to You, fees, charges, balance requirements and deposit requirements may be changed by Us from time to time.
PROCEDURES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENT CALCULATIONS All calculations required by this Article VI, including but not limited to: (i) the calculation of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amount; (ii) the determination of both the Annual Limit and the Aggregate Limit; (iii) the effect, if any, of the Aggregate Limit upon the actual amount of Supplemental Payments eligible to be paid to the District by the Applicant; and (iv) the carry forward and accumulation of any of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amounts unpaid by the Applicant due to the Aggregate Limit in previous years, shall be calculated by the Third Party selected pursuant to Section 4.3.
Fees for Additional Services You agree to pay Company’s then-current rates and expenses, including the cost of Company’s vendors, for any requests related to information retrieval, subpoenas, consulting and advisory services, or similar work.
