Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) while an Event of Default specified in Section 10.1.(a), Section 10.1.(e) or Section 10.1.(f) exists, or (b) at the direction of the Requisite Lenders, while any other Event of Default exists, the Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender and the Issuing Bank, as the case may beLender, interest at the Post-Default Rate on the outstanding principal amount of any the Loan made by such Lender, on all Reimbursement Obligations Lender and on any other amount payable by the Borrower hereunder or under the Notes Note held by such Lender to or for the account of such Lender (including without limitation, accrued but unpaid interest to the extent permitted under Applicable Law).
