Common use of Rates Clause in Contracts

Rates. 4.2.1 The rates for the Currently Combined Network Elements specifically set forth in Exhibit A shall be the rates associated with such Combinations. Where a Currently Combined Combination is not specifically set forth in Exhibit A, the rate for such Currently Combined Combination shall be the sum of the recurring rates for those individual Network Elements as set forth in Exhibit A and/or Exhibit B in addition to the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is charge set forth in Exhibit A. 4.2.2 The rates for the Ordinarily Combined Network Elements specifically set forth in Exhibit A shall be the nonrecurring and recurring charges for those Combinations. Where an Ordinarily Combined Combination is not specifically set forth in Exhibit A, the rate for such Ordinarily Combined Combination shall be the sum of the recurring rates for those individual Network Elements as set forth in Exhibit A and/or Exhibit B and nonrecurring rates for those individual Network Elements as set forth in Exhibit A. 4.2.3 The rates for Not Typically Combined Combinations shall be developed pursuant to the BFR process upon request of TWTC.

Rates. 4.2.1 3.2.1 The rates for the Currently Combined Network Elements specifically set forth in Exhibit A shall be the rates associated with such Combinations. Where a Currently Combined Combination is not specifically set forth in Exhibit A, the rate for such Currently Combined Combination shall be the sum of the recurring rates for those individual Network Elements as set forth in Exhibit A and/or Exhibit B in addition to the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is charge set forth in Exhibit A. 4.2.2 3.2.2 The rates for the Ordinarily Combined Network Elements specifically set forth in Exhibit A shall be the nonrecurring and recurring charges for those Combinations. Where an Ordinarily Combined Combination is not specifically set forth in Exhibit A, the rate for such Ordinarily Combined Combination shall be the sum of the recurring rates for those individual Network Elements as set forth in Exhibit A and/or Exhibit B and nonrecurring rates for those individual Network Elements as set forth in Exhibit A. 4.2.3 3.2.3 The rates for Not Typically Combined Combinations shall be developed pursuant to the BFR process upon request of TWTCComcast Phone.

Where a Currently Combined Combination combination is not specifically set forth in Exhibit A, the rate for such Currently Combined Combination combination of Network Elements shall be the sum of the recurring rates for those individual Network Elements as set forth in Exhibit A and/or Exhibit B in addition to the applicable nonrecurring non-recurring switch-as-is charge set forth in Exhibit A. 4.2.2 4.3.2 The rates for the Ordinarily Combined Network Elements specifically set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment shall be the nonrecurring non-recurring and recurring charges for those Combinationscombinations. Where an Ordinarily Combined Combination combination is not specifically set forth in Exhibit A, the rate for such Ordinarily Combined Combination combination of Network Elements shall be the sum of the recurring rates for those individual Network Elements as set forth in Exhibit A and/or Exhibit B and nonrecurring non-recurring rates for those individual Network Elements as set forth in Exhibit A. 4.2.3 The 4.3.3 To the extent AT&T requests a Combination for which BST does not have methods and procedures in place to provide such Combination, rates and/or methods or procedures for Not Typically Combined Combinations shall such Combination will be developed pursuant to the BFR process upon request of TWTCprocess.

Rates. 4.2.1 The rates for the Currently Combined Network Elements specifically set forth in Exhibit A shall be the rates associated with such Combinations. Where a Currently Combined Combination is not specifically set forth in Exhibit A, the rate for such Currently Combined Combination shall be the sum of the recurring rates for those individual Network Elements as set forth in Exhibit A and/or Exhibit B in addition to the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is charge set forth in Exhibit A. 4.2.2 The rates for the Ordinarily Combined Network Elements specifically set forth in Exhibit A shall be the nonrecurring and recurring charges for those Combinations. Where an Ordinarily Combined Combination is not specifically set forth in Exhibit A, the rate for such Ordinarily Combined Combination shall be the sum of the recurring rates for those individual Network Elements as set forth in Exhibit A and/or Exhibit B and nonrecurring rates for those individual Network Elements as set forth in Exhibit A. 4.2.3 The rates for Not Typically Combined Combinations shall be developed pursuant to the BFR process upon request of TWTCYour Communication Connection Group.
