Common use of Re-employment Clause in Contracts

Re-employment. A regular employee who resigns his/her position and within twenty (20) working days is re- employed as a regular employee shall be granted a leave of absence without pay covering those days absent and shall retain all provisions and rights in relation to seniority and other fringe benefits, provided he/she has not withdrawn his/her superannuation contributions.
