Job Posting Information. All job postings including postings of a temporary nature shall indicate the nature of the position, qualifications required, assembly point, hourly rate, whether shift work is involved, date of posting and date of closing. (b) Save and except a temporary part-time employee who is applying for a temporary full time position, an employee awarded a temporary position shall be allowed to apply for another temporary position, provided the employee has completed or will have completed their term in the present position prior to the starting date of the new position. (c) An employee who applies for a temporary job posting must be available to commence work on the effective date to be deemed the successful applicant under Article 10.02. 10.05 The Corporation shall provide time off with pay, if necessary, for any employee required to write exams in any course that has been previously approved by the Department Head and/or Home Administrator, which will result in improving the employee’s ability to perform his/her job with the Corporation.

(c) Should the qualifications for any position which is currently part of the collective agreement be changed by the Company, the Company will notify the Union prior to the job posting.
