Re-opener – Election of Safety Retirement PEPRA Tier by Employees in Tier A. If either the Internal Revenue Service issues guidance acceptable to both parties, or the County receives a Private Letter Ruling from the IRS that protects the County and PPOACCC members in Tier A from additional tax liability if these employees have the opportunity to elect to enter the new Safety PEPRA Tier, then the County and the Association agree to reopen this agreement to meet and confer on 1) the possibility of allowing these employees to elect to enter the Safety PEPRA Tier, 2) seeking State Legislation to authorize these employees to make such an election, and

  • Supplemental Employment Benefit for Maternity and Parental Leave 8.5.1 Effective April 1, 2002, when on maternity or parental leave, an employee will receive a supplemental payment added to Employment Insurance benefits as follows:

  • Public Employees Retirement System “PERS”) Members.   • Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.

  • DEFINITION OF EMPLOYEE STATUS AND BENEFIT ENTITLEMENT For the purpose of this Article “regularly scheduled” means any combination of shifts scheduled in advance and issued by the Employer.
