Common use of Re-Opener Clause in Contracts

Re-Opener. In the event there are any proposed changes regarding the Union's access to new employees under this Sideletter of Agreement, either party may request to meet and confer to establish new terms in accordance with Government Code Section 3557. No changes to the terms of this Sideletter that may impact the Union's access to new employees may be implemented prior to the conclusion of the meet and confer process.
