Real Property Disclosure. 13 If CONTRACTOR is occupying any real property under any agreement, 14 oral or written, where persons are to receive services hereunder, CONTRACTOR 15 shall submit the following information in addition to a copy of the lease, 16 license or rental agreement, as well as any other information requested, prior 17 to the provision of services under this Agreement:
Real Property Disclosure. Except as disclosed on Section 3.22 of the Disclosure Schedule, there is no Real Property leased or owned by the Company that is used in the Business. The Owned Real Property and Leased Real Property are referred to collectively herein as the "Real Property."

Real Property Disclosure. Each Credit Party shall have made all notifications, registrations, and filings in accordance with all State, Local and Foreign Disclosure Requirements applicable to the Real Property, including the use of forms provided by state or local agencies, where such forms exist, whether to the Borrowers or to or with the state or local agency to the extent failure to make such filings could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. The acceptance of the proceeds of each Borrowing of Loans shall constitute a representation and warranty by each Borrower to each of the Banks that all of the applicable conditions specified in Section 4.02 have been satisfied or waived. All of the certificates, legal opinions and other documents and papers referred to in this Section 4.02, unless otherwise specified, shall be delivered to the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent's Office (or such other location as may be specified by the Administrative Agent) for the account of each of the Banks and in sufficient counterparts for each of the Banks and shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent.
Real Property Disclosure. Except as disclosed on the Real ------------------------ ---- Property Schedule and the Leases Schedule, there is no Real Property leased or ----------------- --------------- owned by the Seller or any of its Subsidiaries used in the Business. The Owned Real Property and Leased Real Property constitute collectively the Real Property.

Real Property Disclosure. No Group Company owns any real property, and the Leased Real Property represents all of the real property necessary to operate the business of the Group Companies as presently conducted and as presently proposed to be conducted, in each case in the Ordinary Course.
Real Property Disclosure. 11 If CONTRACTOR is occupying any real property under any agreement, oral or 12 written, where persons are to receive services hereunder, CONTRACTOR shall submit the 13 following information in addition to a copy of the lease, license or rental agreement, as well as any 14 other information requested, prior to the provision of services under this Agreement: 15 The location by street address and city of any such real property. 16 The fair market value of any such real property as such value is reflected 17 o n the most recently issued County Tax Collector’s tax xxxx. 18 A detailed description of all existing and pending agreements, with 19 respect to the use or occupation of any such real property. Such description shall include, but not 20 be limited to: 21 The term duration of any rental, lease or license agreement; 22 The amount of monetary consideration to be paid to the lessor 23 or licensor over the term of the rental, lease or license agreement; 24 The type and dollar value of any other consideration to be paid 25 to the lessor or licensor; and 26 The full names and addresses of all parties to any agreement 27 concerning the real property and a listing of liens (if any) thereof, together with a listing by full 28 names and addresses of all officers, directors and stockholders of any private corporation, and a 1 similar listing of all general and limited partners of any partnership which is a party.
Real Property Disclosure. Except as disclosed on the Leases Schedule, there is no Real Property leased or owned by the Sellers used in the Business.
