Real-Time Clock. The Xxxx Voting and Voter Management System shall incorporate a real-time clock as part of system hardware and meet all current Secretary of State requirements at the time of implementation. It shall maintain an absolute record of the time and date of a record relative to some event whose time and data are known and recorded. All audit record entries shall include the time-and-date stamp. The clock shall run regardless of power loss (until backup power is expended).
