Upon request and verification for structural modification or policy accommodation by a qualified resident with disabilities, or head of household on behalf of a family member with disabilities, the CHA will provide reasonable accommodations after determining that making the requested modification or accommodation would not result in a fundamental alteration in the nature of its program or an undue financial and administrative burden.
