Reasonable Suspicion Alcohol and Controlled Substance Testing. The City maintains the right to conduct a test during working hours of any employee that it reasonably suspects is under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance in the workplace. The policy to implement such testing shall be established by the City and the Association during the term of the Agreement.
