Common use of Reassignment in the County Clause in Contracts

Reassignment in the County. 27 a. First: If an employee is bumped pursuant to Section 28 3.D.2.b. above, the County shall transfer the employee, if eligible, to an available 29 vacancy within the affected classification and FTE status in the County.
