Common use of RECALL OF EMPLOYEES ON LAYOFF Clause in Contracts

RECALL OF EMPLOYEES ON LAYOFF. No new Employees will be hired when there are Employees on layoff qualified and willing to do the job and able to start within ten working days. Accordingly, the recall process as defined in Article 18 must be satisfied prior to undertaking any internal transfer or hiring process.

RECALL OF EMPLOYEES ON LAYOFF. No new Employees will be hired when there are Employees on layoff layoff, qualified and willing to do the job and able to start within ten working days. Accordingly, the recall process as defined in Article 18 21 must be satisfied prior to undertaking any internal transfer hiring or hiring process.

RECALL OF EMPLOYEES ON LAYOFF. No new Employees will be hired when there are Employees on layoff qualified and willing to do the job and able to start within ten (10) working days. Accordingly, the recall process as defined in Article 18 19 must be satisfied prior to undertaking any internal transfer or hiring process.

RECALL OF EMPLOYEES ON LAYOFF. No new Employees will be hired when there are Employees on layoff qualified and with seniority willing to do the job and able to start within ten (10) working days. Accordingly, the recall process as defined in Article 18 16 (Layoff and recall) must be satisfied prior to undertaking any internal transfer or the hiring process.
