Recall Rights after Lay-off Sample Clauses

Recall Rights after Lay-off. If seniority workers are laid off, temporary and probationary workers will not be recalled to work prior to the proper and orderly recall to work of the regular laid off workers. Laid off seniority workers will have the right to refuse a recall to work without forfeiting their right to recall in instances where work of four (4) days or lesser duration is offered. Within that four (4) day period, the company will make every effort to recall seniority workers to work and a copy of the recall notice will be given to the Union.
