Receipt Point Crude Oil Quality Specifications. Crude Oil delivered by or for the account of Shipper to each Receipt Point and truck offloading facilities at the Central Processing Facility shall meet the following specifications (collectively, the “Crude Oil Quality Specifications”): (a) not more than [***]% of basic sediment, water and other impurities (provided that in no event, will water be allowed to exceed [***]%); (b) sulfur content less than [***]% by weight; (c) hydrogen sulfide vapor phase content less than or equal to [***] ppm; (d) RVP not in excess of [***] psig in accordance with the latest version of ASTM D6377 (the “Maximum RVP”); (e) temperature not in excess of [***] degrees Fahrenheit; (f) API gravity of greater than [***] degrees API or less than [***] degrees API; (g) viscosity less than [***] centistokes at [***] degrees Fahrenheit; (h) Crude Oil indigenous to the geographic area served by the Gathering System; (i) total dissolved solids of not more than [***] percent; and (j) free of hazardous wastes and other substances that may not be received into or transferred through the Gathering System, or transported by truck, meets all Applicable |Laws and Permits and Gatherer’s operational standards.
Receipt Point Crude Oil Quality Specifications. Crude Oil delivered by or for the account of Shipper to each Receipt Point and truck offloading facilities shall meet the following specifications (collectively, the “Crude Oil Quality Specifications”): (a) not more than [***]% of basic sediment, water and other impurities (provided that in no event, will water be allowed to exceed [***]%). If Crude Oil is accepted from tankage, settled bottoms in such tanks must not be above a point [***] below the pipeline connection with the tank from which it enters Gatherer’s facilities; (b) sulfur content less than [***]% by weight; (c) hydrogen sulfide vapor phase content less than or equal to [***] ppm; (d) vapor pressure not in excess of [***] psia at [***] degrees Fahrenheit in accordance with the latest version of ASTM D6377; (e) temperature not in excess of [***] degrees Fahrenheit; (f) API Gravity of greater than [***] degrees API or less than [***] degrees API, provided, however, that Shipper may deliver Crude Oil having an API Gravity in excess of [***] degrees API to the extent that (1) the weighted average API Gravity of Crude Oil delivered to all of the Receipt Points is collectively less than [***] degrees API and (2) such Crude Oil, to the extent capable of being commingled on the Gathering System without interruption of service, would have an API Gravity less than [***] degrees API upon delivery to the Delivery Points; (g) viscosity less than [***] centistokes at [***] degrees Fahrenheit; (h) total dissolved solids of not more than [***] percent; and (i) free of hazardous wastes and other substances that may not be received into or transferred through the Gathering System, or transported by truck, meets all Applicable |Laws and Permits and Gatherer’s operational standards. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that the quality specifications required from time to time by the pipelines receiving Crude Oil at the Delivery Points are more restrictive than any of the specifications provided for above, then the Crude Oil Quality Specifications shall automatically be modified to incorporate such more restrictive specifications in lieu of any less restrictive specifications provided for above.
Receipt Point Crude Oil Quality Specifications. Crude Oil delivered by or for the account of Shipper to each Receipt Point and truck offloading facilities at the Central Tankage Facility shall meet the following specifications (collectively, the “Crude Oil Quality Specifications”): (a) not more than 0.5% of basic sediment, water and other impurities (provided that in no event, will water be allowed to exceed 0.2%); (b) sulfur content less than 0.2% by weight; (c) hydrogen sulfide vapor phase content less than or equal to 5 ppm; (d) Maximum vapor pressure at 100°F not in excess of (i) 13.0 psi between May 1 and May 15 of a Contract Year, (ii) 12.5 psi between May 16 and September 30 of a Contract Year, and (iii) 13.7 psi between October 1 of a Contract Year and April 30 of the following Contract Year (except for the first Contract Year, in which case it shall be the same Contract Year), in each case, in accordance with the latest version of ASTM D6377, subject to Section 9.1(f); (e) temperature not in excess of 120 degrees Fahrenheit; (f) API Gravity of greater than 39 degrees API and less than 48 degrees API. For purposes of API Gravity and maximum vapor pressure, Gatherer will apply the above specifications to the commingled Receipt Point volumes and allow delivery of API Gravity and maximum vapor pressure at a Receipt Point as long as the commingled Receipt Point volumes in the aggregate meet the foregoing specifications; (g) viscosity less than 30 centistokes at 60 degrees Fahrenheit; (h) Crude Oil indigenous to the geographic area served by the Gathering System; (i) total dissolved solids of not more than one percent; and (j) free of hazardous wastes and other substances that may not be received into or transferred through the Gathering System, or transported by truck, meets all Applicable Laws and Permits and Gatherer’s operational standards.
Receipt Point Crude Oil Quality Specifications. Crude Oil delivered by or for the account of Shipper to each Receipt Point and truck offloading facilities at the Central Tankage Facility shall meet the following specifications (collectively, the “Crude Oil Quality Specifications”): (a) not more than 0.5% of basic sediment, water and other impurities (provided that in no event, will water be allowed to exceed 0.2%); (b) sulfur content less than 0.2% by weight; (c) hydrogen sulfide vapor phase content less than or equal to ten ppm; (d) Maximum vapor pressure at 100°F not in excess of 13.7 psi in accordance with the latest version of ASTM D6377, subject to Section 9.1(f); (e) temperature not in excess of 120 degrees Fahrenheit; (f) API Gravity of greater than 35 degrees API and less than 48 degrees API. For purposes of API Gravity and maximum vapor pressure, Gatherer will apply the above specifications to the commingled Receipt Point volumes and allow delivery of API Gravity and maximum vapor pressure at a Receipt Point as long as the commingled Receipt Point volumes in the aggregate meet the foregoing specifications; (g) viscosity less than 30 centistokes at 60 degrees Fahrenheit; (h) Crude Oil indigenous to the geographic area served by the Gathering System; (i) total dissolved solids of not more than one percent; and (j) free of hazardous wastes and other substances that may not be received into or transferred through the Gathering System, or transported by truck, meets all Applicable |Laws and Permits and Gatherer’s operational standards.

Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission.
