Recipient’s Undertakings. In signing this Award Agreement and accepting the RSU, the Recipient acknowledges that:
Recipient’s Undertakings. The Recipient must: properly provide for the care, safety, security and protection of all Records, whether created by the Recipient or DPIRD, in the custody or control of the Recipient and all property supplied by DPIRD to the Recipient in connection with this Agreement; promptly notify DPIRD if any warranty under clause 6.1 is breached or becomes untrue; always act ethically in connection with this Agreement and in accordance with good corporate governance practices; comply with all State and Commonwealth laws relevant to this Agreement; and cooperate fully with DPIRD in respect of the administration of this Agreement.
