Reclamation will Clause Samples

Reclamation will. 1) Designate and specify in the task order appropriate personnel to perform the work described above in Section 4 and coordinate the work with designated contacts at CWS; 2) Make designated personnel available to perform the work described in task orders. Such availability will be agreed upon in advance as part of the agreed work schedule included in the various task orders; 3) Perform the work described in the task orders, according the work schedules in the task orders, without exceeding agreed-upon cost estimates, unless prior written approval is provided by CWS; 4) Maintain records of the cost for the performance of work required by each task order and submit itemized statements to CWS of such costs no less than 15 days after the end of each month; and 5) Provide to CWS, on a monthly basis, breakdowns of total hours Reclamation has expended on work covered under specific task orders of this MOA and a status report on progress for each task order indicating budget, account balance, scope and schedule status and any necessary adjustments for the following reporting period. 6) No less than 15 days after the end of each quarter, Reclamation will submit documentation to CWS of costs incurred and funds remaining or needed to continue with the work under each task order.
