Recognition of Advanced Degrees. Administrators who earn advanced degrees from an accredited institution after they commence employment within the MCC System shall be eligible to receive a one-time $750 per degree bonus. Attainment of one degree in each of the following categories shall be eligible for this bonus: bachelors, masters, doctorate and certificate of advanced study. Administrators shall receive the bonus in a separate check processed through accounts payable, with no deductions.
