Recognition of Bargaining Agent. 3.1 NVIT recognizes the Union as a trade union pursuant to the Labour Code of British Columbia with all rights and responsibilities attendant upon such status. More particularly, NVIT recognizes the Union as the exclusive Bargaining Agent for all members of the bargaining unit.
