RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. (a)(i) The Commission recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agency for all employees of the Commission, save and except Supervisors, foremen, persons above the rank of Supervisor or foremen, office and payroll personnel.

(a)(i) The Commission recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agency for all employees of the Commission, save and except Supervisors, foremen, persons above the rank of Supervisor or foremen, office and payroll personnel. No employee shall be required or permitted to make any written or verbal agreement with the Commission or its representatives which conflicts with the terms of this Collective Agreement unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Commission and the Union. Each employee shall have access to his personnel file upon reasonable notice for the purpose of reviewing all evaluations pertaining to his employment with the Commission.

(a)(ia) The Commission recognizes the Union as the sole certified, sole, and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all employees of the Commission, Commission save and except Supervisors, foremen, persons the following positions: supervisors and positions above the rank of Supervisor or foremensupervisor, office facility maintenance, administrative, office, and payroll personnelclerical staff (with the exception of Stores clerks).
