Common use of Recommendation to Terminate Employment Clause in Contracts

Recommendation to Terminate Employment. (a) A Xxxx or Divisional Head who proposes to terminate the employment of an employee following the procedures outlined in subclause 35.1 above will prepare a recommendation for consideration by the Executive Delegate.
