RECORD OF ACCRUALS. In addition to the record keeping requirements prescribed by law, the Company shall regularly provide Employees with a written update of their accrued annual leave and RDO accrued hours.
RECORD OF ACCRUALS. In addition to the record keeping requirements prescribed by law, the Company shall maintain a record of each Employee’s accrued annual leave entitlements, RDO accrued hours and accrued Pluto Special Leave entitlements and shall regularly provide Employees with a written update of their accrued annual leave, RDO accrued hours and Pluto Special Leave entitlements.
RECORD OF ACCRUALS a) In addition to the record keeping requirements prescribed by law, the Company shall maintain a record of each Employee‟s accrued:
i. leave entitlements; and
ii. redundancy payments; and shall record such details on each Employee‟s pay slip.
b) When an employee terminates or is terminated, all entitlements owed to the employee will be paid no later than two working days after the date of the termination. Provided that if termination occurs during or immediately prior to a weekend, the two day period described above will commence on completion of the weekend.
