Accrued Hours. 20.11.10.1 At the end of every month, the District shall post a list of all bus drivers and the extra duty hours they have accrued to date and provide CSEA with a copy. 20.11.10.2 Extra duty hours shall be added to the "monthly hours" to establish the total accrued hours. 20.11.10.3 In each quarter, CSEA or the District may schedule a meeting to review the distribution process of extra duty and field trips to confirm that the intent of the language is being adhered to according to this Agreement.

Accrued Hours. (a) 19.75 accrued hours are earned per 8 week cycle therefore each employee working this roster will earn 128.38 accrued hours, or 13.88 days every 52 weeks worked. (b) Each full time employee can accrue up to fifteen (15) rostered days off (RDOs) for each 12 months of continuous service with the Company from the commencement of this Agreement. Accrued Hours. 20.11.4.1 At the end of every month the Director of Transportation shall post a list of all bus drivers and the extra duty hours they have accrued to date. 20.11.4.1.1 Extra duty hours shall be added to the base "FTE" to establish the total accrued hours. 20.11.4.2 By the following dates of the current school year; 12/31, 4/30, and 8/31; the Director of Transportation shall have made every effort to balance the extra duty hours by seniority within each category.

  • Accrued Salary On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You will receive these payments regardless of whether or not you sign this Agreement.

  • Accrued Salary and Paid Time Off On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary, and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You are entitled to these payments by law.

  • Accrued Vacation It is further agreed by the parties hereto that, upon sale or transfer of ownership of any store or upon dissolution of business, vacation pay for all months worked for which no vacation pay has been given shall be immediately paid to all employees coming under this Agreement, regardless of length of time said employee has been with the Employer.

  • Accrued 100% sick leave The use of sick leave under this subsection is at the employee's discretion.

  • Accrued Rights Termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason shall be without prejudice to any rights that shall have accrued to the benefit of a Party prior to such termination or expiration. Such termination or expiration shall not relieve a Party from obligations that are expressly indicated to survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • Date of Termination “Date of Termination” means the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be; provided, however, that (i) if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company notifies the Executive of such termination and (ii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.

  • Accrued Obligations Expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason shall not release either Party from any obligation or liability which, at the time of such expiration or termination, has already accrued to the other Party or which is attributable to a period prior to such expiration or termination.
