Annual Leave Entitlements. 26.2.1 At the end of each year of employment you will be entitled to four weeks’ annual leave. Any leave entitlement above four weeks may be taken in cash with your Manager’s approval. You must take a day’s annual leave for each day cashed up.
Annual Leave Entitlements. Annual leave will accrue at the rate of five (5) weeks’ paid leave per annum. An annual leave loading is included in the salary as detailed in Part B. Any Business Review Payment payable will continue to be paid during periods of annual leave.

Casual team members Not entitled to annual leave. Casual team members receive a 25% casual loading in lieu of paid leave entitlements

Annual Leave Entitlements. (a) Employees shall be entitle to three weeks leave on full pay per annum upon the completion of twelve months continuous service with the same employer as from the first day of July 1966, with pro-rata entitlements commencing on com- pletion of three months continuous service with the same employer.

Annual Leave Entitlements. 10.4.1 Full time and proportional kaimahi shall be entitled to five weeks’ annual leave each year to be taken in accordance with the Holidays Act 2003 and its amendments.
