Record of Delivery. On or before the Lease Commencement Date, the Lessee shall deliver to the Lessor a Record of Delivery (dated on the date of delivery) for the Leased Yacht. The Lessee shall ensure that the Record of Delivery is duly executed by the Lessee and the Supplier.

The Grantee’s failure to make adequate or acceptable deliverables after a reasonable opportunity to do so shall constitute an event of default.
