RECORDATION OF OVERTIME. The Department shall maintain all records of overtime worked by EMPLOYEE(s) in their respective divisions/Departments. Copies of said records shall be made available to the representative of LOCAL 200 upon request. 180. i. Overtime Earned (“O.E.”). When an EMPLOYEE covered by this CBA is transferred from one group to another within Department, the accumulated "overtime earned" time shall be transferable by the EMPLOYEE to be used in his or her new position.
