Recorded Complaints. (a) Ten Day Time Limit on Complaint No complaint shall be recorded against an employee nor used against him/her at any time unless said employee and the Union are advised accordingly in writing within ten (10) calendar days of the Company's knowledge of the incident or occurrence giving rise to the complaint.
