Recorded Plat. A copy of the recorded or proposed plat for the property must be submitted to the construction lender and lender's counsel. All subdivision plats, common interest community (cic) plats and registered land surveys (rls) must be submitted to the appropriate governmental authority in an acceptable form for review, approval and recording.
