Recording Credit Hours a. Credit hours earned, used, and the balance remaining will be recorded in the manner provided by the payroll system.
b. Credit hours earned on a daily basis will be recorded by the employee on the appropriate time and attendance roster.
Recording Credit Hours. Employees must record the number of credit hours earned and used each workday. Employees must be aware that at the end of the pay period, hours worked will be counted as credit hours only after the 80-hour bi-weekly requirement is met.
