Common use of Recording of Overtime Clause in Contracts

Recording of Overtime. (a) Employees shall record starting and finishing times for overtime worked in a form determined by the Employer. (b) The Parties hereto agree that overtime records shall be kept at the local level and that designated stewards for the local work area shall upon reasonable notice be given access to the overtime records. Such records shall be retained for a minimum of two (2) years. Notification shall be given to employees so affected.
