Records Keeping and Invoicing by the City. The State will provide the City with a Payment Processing Package containing a Modified Schedule "I" form, instructions, and samples of documents for processing final payment of the State participation construction covered under this Agreement. The City will keep records and accounts that enable it to provide the State with the following prior to final payment:

  • Reliance by the State on Representations All payments by the State under this Agreement will be made in reliance upon the accuracy of all representations made by the Party in accordance with this Agreement, including but not limited to bills, invoices, progress reports and other proofs of work.

  • Project Monitoring by the State The State may conduct on-site or off-site monitoring reviews of the Project during the term of this Grant Agreement and for up to ninety (90) days after it expires or is otherwise terminated. The Grantee shall extend its full cooperation and give full access to the Project site and to relevant documentation to the State or its authorized designees for the purpose of determining, among other things:
