Retention of Accounting Records Financial records, supporting documents, statistical records, and all other records including electronic storage media pertinent to the Project shall be retained for a period of five (5) years after the close out of the grant. If any litigation or audit is initiated, or claim made, before the expiration of the five-year period, the records shall be retained until the litigation, audit, or claim has been resolved.
Financial Records and Reports Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Participant’s relevant financial records associated with this Agreement shall not be subject to examination or audit by NASA.
Financial Records 26.1.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and complete financial records. Financial records shall be retained by CONTRACTOR for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of final payment under this Contract, or until all pending COUNTY, State, and federal audits are completed, whichever is later.
Records to be Maintained The Subrecipient shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.506 that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Agreement. Such records shall include but not be limited to:
Payroll Records 6.34.1 Contractor and any Subcontractor(s) shall comply with the requirements of Labor Code Section 1776. DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.
Statements of Account The Administrative Agent will account to the Borrower monthly with a statement of Loans, accrued interest and Fees, charges and payments made pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and such account rendered by the Administrative Agent shall be deemed conclusive upon the Borrower absent manifest error. The failure of the Administrative Agent to deliver such a statement of accounts shall not relieve or discharge the Borrower from any of its obligations hereunder.
Access to Records; Contractor Financial Records Contractor agrees that District and its authorized representatives are entitled to review all Contractor books, documents, papers, plans, and records, electronic or otherwise (“Records”), directly pertinent to this Contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcripts. Contractor shall maintain all Records, fiscal and otherwise, directly relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles so as to document clearly Contractor's performance. Following final payment and termination of this Contract, Contractor shall retain and keep accessible all Records for a minimum of three years, or such longer period as may be required by law, or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy, or litigation arising out of or related to this Contract, whichever date is later.
