Records Related to Claims and Disputes. Throughout the course of any Maintenance Services that are the subject of any Dispute that is the subject of the procedures for resolving Disputes in this CMC, DB Contractor shall keep separate and complete records of any extra costs, expenses, and/or other monetary effects relating to the disputed Maintenance Services, and shall permit TxDOT access to these and any other records needed for evaluating the Dispute. These records shall be retained for a period of not less than one year after the date of resolution of the Dispute pertaining to such disputed Maintenance Services (or for any longer period required under any other applicable provision of the CMC Documents).
