RECREATION CENTER MEMBERSHIP. 26.01 A single membership to the Brunswick Community Recreation and Fitness Center will be offered to members of this bargaining unit. Employees deciding to accept the membership will be required to sign up for the benefit. This membership is not mandatory nor is it automatic. If a single membership is accepted, the value of this membership will be added to the employee’s W2 as a taxable benefit pursuant to IRS code regulations. 26.02 If an employee chooses to enroll in a family membership, the single membership amount will be deducted from the total family amount. The employee would be required to pay the difference between the single and family membership. The single membership amount will be added to the employee’s W2 as a taxable benefit pursuant to IRS code regulations.

  • Recreation Recreation rooms shall be supplied. Smokes and soft drinks shall be available. Outside walls of the above to be completely closed-in cold weather. In the initial construction of the above, the camp construction workers in areas where there are no hotel accommodations, shall construct such housing as is necessary for them (this is not a tent). When bunkhouses are built to the degree that they can be occupied, the camp construction workers shall move into such quarters and their original buildings shall be disposed of or not used for lodging from time to time.

  • ARTISTES AND SPORTSMEN 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 14 and 15, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsman, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State. 2.
