Recreation Use Data Report. (a) Annually, Napa County will furnish to Reclamation’s designated representative an annual summary of recreation related visitor uses at each Concession Area each year. The timeframe for reporting will be determined by Reclamation. Reclamation will provide the appropriate forms for this report, which is currently titled “Recreation Use Data Report”. Reclamation will advise the County each year on these reporting requirements.

Recreation Use Data Report. On September 15 of each year, the State will furnish to Reclamation’s designated representative an annual summary of recreation related visitor uses at the Project Areas for the year (eg. September 15, 2011 to September 14, 2012). Reclamation will provide the forms for this report, which is currently titled “Recreation Use Data Report”.
Recreation Use Data Report. The Department will submit to Reclamation a “Recreation Use Data Report” (which replaces the old “Recreation, Fish, Wildlife, and Visitation Summary Report”), no later than February 1st each year during the term of the lease for each separate reservoir area. The report contains two parts. Part 1 is to be completed by the Department for each reservoir area. Part 2 is to be completed by the concessionaire, if one exists. Instructions are provided at the end of the report. The report form will be supplied by Reclamation (Appendix C4 is an example of the form). The purpose of this report is to keep a current inventory of recreation facilities available for public use, to record annual visitation by principal interest and water-craft use and record fish and wildlife use. Reclamation will collect all information and enter it into a database.

  • Access to Records; Contractor Financial Records Contractor agrees that District and its authorized representatives are entitled to review all Contractor books, documents, papers, plans, and records, electronic or otherwise (“Records”), directly pertinent to this Contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcripts. Contractor shall maintain all Records, fiscal and otherwise, directly relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles so as to document clearly Contractor's performance. Following final payment and termination of this Contract, Contractor shall retain and keep accessible all Records for a minimum of three years, or such longer period as may be required by law, or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy, or litigation arising out of or related to this Contract, whichever date is later.
