Redesign Services. The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) and the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) are implementing comprehensive reforms to expand access to mental health and addiction treatment services in Ohio. BH Redesign affects provider types 84 and 95 and any practitioner who works for those agencies. During implementation of BH Redesign, MCOPs must adhere to the following:

Redesign Services. Without limitation to Architect’s obligation under Paragraph 2.3.2, above, if at any time the Fixed Limit as adjusted in accordance with Paragraph 2.3.4, above, is exceeded by more than ten percent (10%) of such adjusted Fixed Limit by either: (1) the sum of the Construction Costs to construct the Project that are set forth in an Estimate of Construction Costs prepared by Architect, a Subconsultant or a County Consultant; or (2) the “lowest responsive bid” obtained by the County from a responsible contractor pursuant to a competitive bidding process, then Architect shall, if so directed by County in writing, propose and, if further directed by County in writing, implement revisions to the Design Documents (including, without limitation, multiple redesign alternatives) for the purpose of reducing the sum of Construction Costs to an amount that is within the sum of the Fixed Limit as adjusted in accordance with Paragraph 2.3.4, above, plus ten percent (10%) of such adjusted Fixed Limit. Redesign Services. At the conclusion of the Initial Term (as defined in Sec. 3) and at the conclusion of every fourth Renewal Term thereafter, the Client will be entitled to a basic graphic redesign of one (1) website. Basic graphic redesign does not include Design Themes. Services shall include: • Project Management • Wireframe Development • Graphic Design Development with one preliminary concept • Graphic Production Vision Internet will not develop a sitemap or new content as part of the redesign, but will assist the Client in transferring existing content into the new design.
Redesign Services. As a Basic Service, Xxxxxxxx Studio shall engage in one round of redesign per phase for value engineering if and when the cost estimate for that phase has exceeded the GBD’s fixed fee funding for that phase.

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Construction Services 4,500 thousand SDR for Japan Post in Group A 15,000 thousand SDR for all other entities in Group A 4,500 thousand SDR for entities in Group B Architectural, engineering and other technical services covered by this Agreement: 450 thousand SDR

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.

  • New Services If, within ninety (90) days after the Distribution Date, a Party desires the other Party to provide additional or different services which such other Party is not expressly obligated to provide under this Agreement (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Additional Services or Service Adjustments, the “New Services”), then such Party will provide a written change request (in the form agreed by the Parties) to the other Party within ninety (90) days after the Distribution Date. The Party receiving such request shall negotiate in good faith to provide such New Service; provided, however, that no Party shall be obligated to provide any New Services, including because the Parties are unable to reach agreement on the terms thereof (including with respect to Service Charges therefor). If the Parties agree to any such New Service, then the Parties shall document such terms in a Service Schedule to be incorporated in Schedule A or Schedule B, as applicable. The Service Schedule shall describe in reasonable detail the nature, scope, service period(s), termination provisions and other terms applicable to such New Services. Each supplement to the applicable Service Schedule, as agreed to in writing by the Parties, shall be deemed part of this Agreement as of the date of such agreement and the New Services set forth therein shall be deemed “Services” provided under this Agreement, in each case subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Parties shall in good faith determine any costs and expenses, including any start-up costs and expenses, which would be incurred by the Provider in connection with the provision of such New Service, which costs and expenses shall be borne solely by the Recipient.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Systems Engineering 2. Advanced Technology Pilots and Trials 3. Alternative Energy Sources and Engineering 4. Configuration Management 5. Concept Development

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Preconstruction Services During the Design & Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall provide such design and preconstruction services as are necessary to properly advance the Project. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, during the Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall: (i) work with its Architect and any design consultants to advance the design for the Project in consultation with Client Agency, the Department and its Program Manager; (ii) obtain bids from trade subcontractors to perform the work described in the Design Development Documents and provide bid tabulations to the Department; (iii) engage in any value engineering and scoping exercises necessary to return the cost of the work to the Project Budget; (iv) engage in preconstruction activities, including identifying any long-lead items; (v) develop a GMP proposal for the Project; and (vi) enter into a GMP for the Project. Throughout the Design & Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall schedule and attend regular meetings with the Department, the Program Manager and the Architect. A list of preconstruction deliverables is set forth in Exhibit C.
