REDETERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY, RENT AND DWELLING. At least once each year, and at other times as described below, Landlord will determine whether Tenant's rental rate should be changed, whether the dwelling unit size is still appropriate for the size and/or composition of the Tenant's household, and whether the Tenant is eligible for continued occupancy, all in accordance with policies which are consistent with the Public Requirements and which are available at the Management Office.
