Redistribution Requirements--Sample Code or Replication Manager Files. If --------------------------------------------------------------------- Licensee redistributes the Sample Code or Replication Manager Files, Licensee agrees: (i) to not use Microsoft's name, logo, or trademarks to market Licensee's software product; (ii) to include a valid copyright notice on Licensee's software product; and (iii) to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Licensor and its suppliers from and against any claims or lawsuits, including attorneys' fees, that arise or result from the use or distribution of Licensee's software product.
