REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS a. In addition to the license and rights granted in Sections I and II, ArtfulBits grants you the following rights to use the provided SOFTWARE: You may use the SOFTWARE to create your own components, as long as, it is NOT the basis for creating a product that provides the same, or substantially the same, functionality as any ArtfulBits product;
b. In the event you develop any modifications, enhancements, derivative works and/or extensions to the SOFTWARE, either independently or jointly with ArtfulBits, such modifications, enhancements, derivative works and/or extensions and all rights associated therewith will be the exclusive property of ArtfulBits. You will not grant, either expressly or impliedly, any rights, title, interest, or licenses to any such modifications, enhancements, derivative works and/or extensions to any third party. You will, however, be entitled to use such modifications, enhancements, derivative works and/or extensions under the terms set forth in this agreement. You hereby assign all right, title and interest in and to such modifications, enhancements, derivative works and/or extensions to the SOFTWARE to ArtfulBits. You also agree to execute, acknowledge and deliver to ArtfulBits all documents and do all things ArtfulBits deems necessary or desirable, at no cost to but at ArtfulBits' expense, to enable ArtfulBits to obtain and secure such modifications, enhancements, derivative works and/or extensions anywhere in the World. You agree to secure all necessary rights and obligations from relevant employees, or third parties in order to satisfy the above obligations.
c. In addition to the other requirements set forth in this Section IV, you hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend ArtfulBits from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to any claim, action, proceeding or allegation that arises or results, either directly or indirectly, from the use and distribution of any of your software application product(s) or components.
REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS. A. The files o2s.components.pdfrender4net.wpf.dll, o2s.components.pdfview4net.wpf.dll, o2s.components.pdfrender4net.sl.dll, o2s.components.pdfview4net.sl.dll are considered as REDISTRIBUTABLE DLLs.
B. In addition to the license and rights granted in Sections I and II, O2 Solutions grants you a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce and distribute the object code version of the SOFTWARE designated in the SOFTWARE as (i) those portions of the SOFTWARE which are identified in the documentation as REDISTRIBUTABLE DLLs ("DLLs"); provided: you distribute the REDISTRIBUTABLES in object code form only in conjunction with and as part of your software application product which adds significant and primary functionality; you do not use O2 Solutions' name, logo or trademarks to market your software application product; you include a valid copyright notice on your SOFTWARE; and
C. In addition to the other requirements set forth in this Section 4, you hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend O2 Solutions from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to any claim, action, proceeding or allegation that arise or result from the use and distribution of any of your software application product(s) or components.
REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS. A. In addition to the license and rights granted in Sections I and II, Infragistics grants you the right to use the presentation layer framework portion of the SOFTWARE in electronic format (collectively "PLF") provided:

In addition to the license and rights granted in Sections I and II, Infragistics grants You a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable and limited license right to reproduce and distribute, in object code form, those portions of the SOFTWARE identified in the documentation as: (i) the VBX and/or OCX controls and/or DLL controls and/or class files and/or jar files; and (ii) REDISTRIBUTABLE DLLs, (collectively the "REDISTRIBUTABLES"); provided that:

In addition to the other requirements set forth in this Section V, You hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Infragistics from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to any claim, action, proceeding or allegation that arises or results, either directly or indirectly, from: (i) Your use and the use by Your employees, consultants and agents of the SOFTWARE; (ii) any breach by YOU or them of the terms of this LICENSE; and (iii) the use and distribution of any of Your software application product(s) or components.
REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS. A. The files barcode4net.dll, barcode4net.windows.dll, barcode4net.web.dll, barcode4net.cf.dll, barcode4net.windows.cf.dll, barcode4net.rs.dll are considered as REDISTRIBUTABLE DLLs.
B. In addition to the license and rights granted in Sections I and II, O2 Solutions grants you a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce and distribute the object code version of the SOFTWARE designated in the SOFTWARE as (i) those portions of the SOFTWARE which are

REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS. (Note: the Sample Code, Run-Time Files, and -------------------------- Replication Manager Files, each as defined below, are collectively referred to as "REDISTRIBUTABLES.")
REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS. Licensee is granted a nonexclusive royalty- -------------------------- free right to reproduce and distribute the object code version of any portion of the Software listed in the software file Redist.txt, or, for versions prior to Visual Basic 5.0, in the software file SWDEPEND.TXT or README.HLP (collectively, "REDISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE"), provided Licensee complies with subsection (3)(c) below.
REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS. Licensor grants Licensee a nonexclusive -------------------------- royalty-free right to reproduce and distribute the object code version of any portion of the Software except those files listed in the Software file License.txt ("REDISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE"), provided that Licensee complies with -------- subsection (3) below. In the event that Licensee has obtained the Software as an upgrade, the rights granted in this subsection (2) also apply to the Redistributable Software identified and provided with any prior version of the Software licensed to Licensee.
REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS. This license does not permit redistribution of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any of its components/ portions/ part thereof/ documentation or guides. Separate Licenses need to be procured for the same.
REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS. The Software may include in the attached printed or electronic documentation certain files, libraries, clearly defined by Elprosys as redistributive components, hereinafter referred to as "Redistributable components”. From time to time, Elprosys may specify other files as Redistributable components. In accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, including the restrictions of section 3.2, Elprosys grants personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited rights, entitling to:
a. making precise copies of the Redistributable components and programming those copies only to enable users (hereinafter "Users") to start and use these components in electronic car modules;
b. granting Users the right to a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, start and use of Redistributable components, unchanged and exclusively for Users' own use, in accordance with the restrictions of point 5 regarding Redistributive components. The rights granted by Elprosys in accordance with this point 3.1 may not be exercised by persons other than those mentioned in point 2.
REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS. (a) Sample Code. In addition to the rights granted above, You are granted the right to use, modify, and copy the source code version of those portions of the Program designated as "Sample Code" for the sole purposes of designing, developing, and testing your software product(s), and to reproduce and distribute the Sample Code, along with any modifications thereof, only in compiled and linked binary code form provided that you comply with the Redistribution Requirements stated below. If the source code is used, modified, or copied by the licensee, Sybase, Inc. reserves the right to receive from the licensee, upon request, at no cost to Sybase, Inc., the modifications.
(b) Redistributable Components. In addition to the rights stated above, You are granted a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce and distribute the object code version of the portions of the Program referred to in the Documentation as redistributable with your application ("Redistributable Software"), provided you comply with the Redistribution Requirements below.
