Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.
Costs Charged Cost shall be charged to this contract only in accordance with the County and other requirements as required by funding source(s).
Monthly Charges Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.
Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.
Paying Electricity Charges pay for electricity and other utilities consumed in or relating to the Said Flat And Appurtenances.
In Charge Allowance (a) A registered nurse who is designated to be in charge during the day, evening or night of a residential aged care facility shall be paid in addition to his or her appropriate salary, whilst so in charge, the per shift allowance set out in Item 8 (for less than 100 beds) or Item 9 (for 100 or more beds) of Table 2 of Schedule B to this Agreement.
Extra Charges No charges of any kind, including charges for boxing or cartage, will be allowed unless specifically agreed by Xxxxx in writing. Pricing by weight, where applicable, covers net weight of Goods, unless otherwise agreed.
Recover Copying Costs The Participating Institutions may impose a reasonable fee on the Authorized Users to cover costs of copying or printing portions of the Licensed Materials by or for the Authorized Users.
Transfer Expenses A transferred employee is expected to make arrangements to move expeditiously but this should not exceed a period of one year from date of transfer, except where there is a specific agreement between the employee and local management for an extension. The employee must provide in writing his/her intention to move to the supervisor, prior to receiving payment for any applicable living expenses. Reimbursement for actual costs incurred in the move will be allowed as follows: • All employees who are eligible for moving expenses shall be afforded 12 weeks from the date the employee reports to work in the new location (i.e., date of transfer) to decide whether or not they wish to move. Payment of the following expenses is predicated on the employee maintaining his/her previous principal residence:
Minimum Charge The minimum charge against accumulated vacation leave shall be fifteen (15) minutes. Vacation leave shall be compensated at the employee’s base rate of pay, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
