Reduction In Salary Clause. If it is determined by the District's Treasurer that the financial resources of the District are inadequate to fund the agreed negotiated package, a uniform reduction in salaries and/or fringe benefits may take place for all WCJVSD bargaining unit members as per the Ohio Revised Code.
