REDUCTION IN TEACHING STAFF. Section 1. Declaration In the event of a decline in enrollment, reorganization, or budget reduction in U.S.D. 323 during any school year, the Board, on or before May 1, may declare that the staff reductions will be made effective at the start of the fall semester of the next succeeding academic year.
