Reduction Procedures. a. The Employer will provide employees with fourteen (14) working days notice prior to any layoff. b. The Employer shall give written notice of recall from layoff by mailing a registered or certified letter to the employee at his/her last known address seven (7) days prior to the date of return to work. c. The employee shall report to work upon the date specified by the Employer, and failure to report on that date shall terminate his/her employment.
